The software

PhonePilot and BIM Pilot run on your Mac. Your phone's screen, files, clipboard and messages go between your Mac and your phone over USB or your own network. They are not sent to us.

The app checks our update server for new versions; that request carries your IP address and the installed version. Optional screen reading uses a local model by default. If you configure a cloud model provider with your own key, the screenshots you send it are handled under that provider's terms.
