These terms cover this website, PhonePilot (Android) and BIM Pilot (iPhone), operated by BIM Groupe Holding International Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, company number 2156814, Aegis Chambers, 1st Floor, Ellen Skelton Building, 3076 Sir Francis Drake’s Highway, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands.

The licence

A licence gives you a non-exclusive right to install and use the software on the number of Macs stated in your licence. You are buying a right to use the software, not the software itself. Licences for teams and resellers are sold on a written offer from [email protected], which states the price, the number of Macs and the duration.

Your devices

Use PhonePilot and BIM Pilot only on phones you own or are authorised to control. Do not use them to break the law where you are, or the terms of the apps you drive.

Third-party components

Android mirroring uses scrcpy (Apache 2.0). Quick Share is built on NearDrop (Unlicense). Their licences apply to those parts.

Refunds

Liability

We provide the software as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the licence

You may stop using the software at any time. We may end a licence if it is resold, shared beyond its Mac allowance, or used to commit a crime, and we will refund the unused part of a recent purchase if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. This does not remove any consumer right you have under the law where you live.
